How many times can I use my Teloka eSIM?
Since most eSIMs can only be installed once, you cannot transfer your eSIM. Once you've installed it on a device, you won't be able to reinstall it on another one. You can top up the eSIM plan on your device if you want to reuse it. However, not all eSIMs can be topped up. Check the product page information or contact us for clarification.

When does my eSIM plan expire?
The eSIM data package expiration date depends on the eSIM's validity or data consumption. If you have not consumed all the data before, your eSIM data package will last for the presented validity period, which starts when the eSIM activates.
When will I receive my eSIM after purchasing?
You will get the eSIM Code in less than 5 minutes after your purchase. The eSIM is available right on Teloka website - my eSIM page. You also get an email for tracking.
