
Installing and activating a Teloka eSIM only takes a few minutes! First, you need to ensure your phone is eSIM-compatible. If your device supports eSIM technology, you can get started.
Note that you must have a stable internet connection, either through WiFi or mobile data, to install an eSIM.
On iPhone
Install your Teloka eSIM: Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Tap “Use QR Code” and scan the QR code provided, or tap “Enter Details Manually” to and copy the eSIM details provided to the right field.
Turn on Data Roaming: Settings > Cellular > Select your Teloka eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming.
Set your Teloka eSIM as the cellular data option: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > Select your Teloka eSIM to set it as your Cellular Data option and disable the "Allow Cellular Data Switching".

On Samsung
Install your Teloka eSIM: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Tap Add eSIM and scan the QR code provided, or tap “Enter Activation Code” and copy the eSIM details provided to the right field.
Turn on Data Roaming: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn on Data Roaming.
Set your Teloka eSIM as the cellular data option: Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Scroll down to Mobile Data, click on it and choose your Teloka eSIM.

On Google Pixel
Install a Teloka eSIM: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Tap Add eSIM and scan the QR code provided. or tap “Enter it manually” and copy the eSIM details provided to the right field.
Turn on Data Roaming: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select your Teloka eSIM > Turn on Use This SIM > When your Teloka eSIM is on, you will see Mobile Data and Roaming (or Data Roaming) section; turn them on.
Set your Teloka eSIM as Cellular Data: Settings > SIMs > Disable the "Automatic Data Switching" and scroll down to Mobile Data, tap on it and select your Teloka eSIM.
