When can I get a refund?

At Teloka, our users may have unforeseen events after making the purchase. You can request a refund up to ninety (90) days after the purchase in the following circumstances:

- Refund for Connection Issues: If your eSIM doesn't work due to an issue with Teloka or the network infrastructure has problems and is unstable, we will offer you a full refund. The full refund is applied even when you have installed the eSIM on your device.

- In any other case, we would provide you with a full refund for the eSIM that is not activated,  or a partial refund if it has been activated but we can find a solution to cancel the service and/ or troubleshoot the related issues to minimize the loss. 

- There are some exceptions: we can not provide a refund for some special local eSIMs when they are non-refundable eSIMs. Please check eSIM’s details before making your purchase.

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the money back in the same account with which you made the payment. This process can take 5 to 10 working days.

You can simply click on the Refund button on My eSIM section, or fill in the Request refund form in Customer Service section located on the footer of our Website Homepage.
