Once you pay, the eSIM QR code will be sent to the email you entered during the purchase process within 5-10 minutes. If you can't find the email in your inbox, kindly take a look in your spam folder. If you have not received your eSIM after more than 10 minutes, contact us via our online chat or email, and we will sort it out for you.

Depending on the country, network operator, and package, the eSIM will come with a phone number. For example, we currently include calls in destinations such as Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Europe, etc. eSIMs that lack a phone number can still be used with WhatsApp or similar applications to make calls, as they use data.

You can use your SIM and your Teloka eSIM at the same time. Choose the SIM card for phone calls and SMS and the Teloka eSIM for cellular data. If you keep your SIM card activated, your network provider might charge you for data roaming when you make or receive calls and texts.

Since most eSIMs can only be installed once, you cannot transfer your eSIM. Once you've installed it on a device, you won't be able to reinstall it on another one.
